RETURN PROCEDURE and REFUNDS

If the return is accepted, download the return form at the following link: Return Form

Then send the form to resi@oteaa.com

The return request must be made within a maximum of 2 DAYS from receiving the goods (as per our company policy)

Kindly attach photos of the product to the request.

PLEASE NOTE The item to be returned must be intact as shipped from the OTEAA.com shipping headquarters INCLUDING the Tag and Warranty Seal, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping Costs are the Responsibility of the Buyer (Customer)

The Customer will have two options to proceed with the return once Authorized

• Through GLS Courier at a cost of €6.90 which will be deducted from the amount due. (Oteaa will instruct the GLS courier to collect the goods)
• The customer must go to their trusted courier and send the return, in turn, they will receive the full purchase amount.
• The refund will be issued within 5 working days of the return being validated.
