TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The sales conditions govern the methods of marketing the products by OTEAA.COM, all sales contracts of goods by OTEAA.COM to third parties "Customers" are governed by the following sales conditions.

- PRODUCT PRICES

All product prices provided by OTEAA.COM on its web portal include VAT, OTEAA.COM reserves the right to change the prices of products available on its website at the time of customer order confirmation.

- TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT

The technical and functional characteristics related to the Products published on the online portal OTEAA.COM are those communicated by the respective manufacturers, therefore OTEAA.COM assumes no responsibility for the truthfulness and completeness of such information, all products are provided with original box and warranty.

- ORDERS

All orders for purchased Products must be complete in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the ordered Products. Each order for Products sent constitutes a contractual proposal by the Customer and, therefore, will be binding only if confirmed for acceptance; the processing of the order by OTEAA.COM is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same.

- INVOICING

The invoice for the goods purchased on the OTEAA.COM portal will be sent simultaneously with the shipment of the goods UPON REQUEST, otherwise the sale will be reported on a possible receipts sheet.

- PRODUCT WARRANTIES

OTEAA.COM guarantees only the material integrity of the Products at the time of delivery, therefore any defects covered by the OTEAA.COM warranty must be reported by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, within and no later than 2 (TWO) days from the delivery date. In case of warranty operation by OTEAA.COM, the Customer will be entitled exclusively to the replacement of the damaged Products upon return of the same, with the exclusion of the Customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of the Products are borne by the Customer.

- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 no. 185, the Customer (if qualifying as a "consumer" within the meaning of article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 no. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered Products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 2 working days from receipt of the Products. All returns must be intact and accompanied by the original packaging, therefore perfectly resalable, the return procedure must be authorized by OTEAA.COM by issuing a specific return number, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
