AUTOMATIC RETURN PROCEDURE
If you are unable to start the AUTOMATIC return procedure mentioned earlier, follow the instructions for the manual return procedure.

The return request must be made within a maximum of 2 DAYS from the receipt of the goods(as per our company policy)
You will be kindly asked to attach photos of the product to the request.
NOTE WELL The item must be returned in its original condition as shipped from the OTEAA.com shipping location. INCLUDED dThe Warranty Tag and Seal, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the return.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer (Customer)
The Customer will have two options to proceed with the return once Authorized
- Via GLS Courier or Poste Italiane at a cost of €6.90 which will be deducted from the amount due. (Oteaa itself will appoint the courier for the collection of the goods) for the return through Poste Italiane, the customer can go to the preferred Post Office and deliver the package with the Waybill generated from the authorized return.
- The customer must go to their trusted courier and must ship the return; in turn, they will receive the full amount of the purchase.
For return requests received from countries other than Italy the same procedure prevails. In this case Oteaa the courier will be tasked with picking up the goods once authorized.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER (CUSTOMER)
